通常人最关心的什么？——可能是一个钱字。那我就以这个题目为开篇。

一定有观众会说，为什么要你来说钱呢？哪个不懂得呀，三岁的小孩也会说，一世做奴隶为钱币，我们的普通人家日日做工那么辛苦，为什么？为赚钱、交租、供楼、供子女读书、养妻活儿、积谷防饥、防老。有钱人家呢？就可赚更多的钱，买大屋，买靓车，或者更厉害，这些不说也罢。总之钱就不用你来说了，人人不用教那个钱字。

钱，本是用以购买商品的一般等价物，并无好坏之分，善恶之别。但在社会中，人们对它的认识却不尽相同。有人信奉金钱至上，金钱万能；
有人则认为金钱是毒蛇、陷阱，是一切罪恶的渊薮。笔者认为钱本身是单纯的，它既不能行善也不能作恶。关键是对钱要“取之有道，用之有度”。

一是巧取豪夺。笔者钦佩第一种人，鄙视第二种人。第一种人，是在现行法律政策允许范围内，依靠自己的聪明才智和苦干获取钱，这是xx和人民政府极力提倡并积极支持和保护的。第二种人，是违背现行政策法规，千方百计钻政策法律空子或违规违法巧取豪夺，这是xx和人民政府极力反对和打击的重点。再说，即便有了钱也不能乱花，要把有限的资财用到生产、生活最急需的地方，不然，一有钱就邪念横生，小则吃喝嫖赌抽，奢侈腐化，败坏风气；
大则乱国法违党纪，祸国殃民，危及社会。
