在坐船到探险区的一路上，几条船上的人就已经开战了。大家都在朝另外的船队泼水，一路下来，尽是湿碌碌的一身，个个活象落汤鸡，只是还乐开了花！接下来就是丛林穿越了，由于是上坡路，路时陡时细，导游还吓唬人说，这里的丛林里有“见血封喉”，早闻其名，故心惊胆战，连这么稀有可怕的树都有，一会还不知道会不会窜出什么吓人的东西哩。

溯溪，顾名思义就是逆流而上。其特点与乐趣在于不断克服一个接一个的急流，瀑布，跌水，旋涡，急流勇进，逆水前行。当然专门的器械，技术不可少，更要依靠队友之间的倾力配合。由于自始至终在水中行进，时而淌，时而游，往往不长的一段溪谷也要历尽艰辛才能穿过。

这次溯溪的最大感受，就是团结的力量，不可否认，这溯溪路上，若没有男同伴，我们的路将走不下去。象我们这样的旱鸭子，一遇到踩不着底的深处，那种由衷的恐惧由内而发——尖叫。男同事们要一个个的把我们接到浅滩上，闯过一道道天然的障碍，辛苦你们了！

最有刺激，乐趣的是高崖跳水项目。在临近最后一个悬崖，底下有一个据说是神仙凿成的“跳水潭”，深约十几米，从崖上到水面约有8米深。想起平素我们观看一些体育比赛，运动员在十来米高的跳台跳水时的优美动作，有几个同事心里痒痒的，也想过一把“跳水冠X瘾”。可是我们女同伴就惨拉，站在那里磨蹭半天就是不敢往下跳，逼不得已，一狠心，闭上眼睛往下就跳，“扑通！”激起水柱丈把高。直呛得鼻子灌满了水，但一浮上水面时就会高兴得哈哈大笑。我开始也担心被呛水，不敢往下跳，但看到女同事们一个个都那么勇敢了，自己也壮胆往下跳，真爽。只是看着别人沉下去似乎不到一秒就浮上来了，可自己却是扑腾了好久才往上冒呢，溺水的感觉想起来还是怕怕的。

Just watching others sink seems to float up in less than a second, but it took me a long time to rush up. I"m afraid of the feeling of drowning.
最后一个项目是悬崖溪降。据导游讲，从崖上到崖底约25米深，起码有8层楼高，天然瀑布长年漂泼。有恐高症的人是不敢放眼下看的。对我们这些平素没有经历过悬崖跳水的人也是惊险动作。这更是检验人的耐心和毅力。根据导游要求，如往下速降最好往左边移动，以避开瀑布刺激眼睛。但我们偏偏要找刺激，每个人都故意往右边速降，溪水从高空中往下飘泼，激起的水如烟雾似冰雹，直溅得眼睛睁不开了。中间虽有动作不规范不知所措的时候，但大家终于都平安降落。溪降底下有个很深的潭，经过长年溪水累积，溪水清凉清澈。这里又是一个跳水潭，由于之前经历过一次跳水，看着这个更深的潭子，女士们更是害怕呛水。教练这会儿就来狠招了，一个个就推下去，等浮上来，脸色皆是惨白，恐怖呀！

Although there was a time when we were at a loss, we all landed safely. There is a deep pool under the river. After years of accumulation, the water is cool and clear. It"s a diving pool again. Because of a diving experience before, looking at the deeper pool, the ladies are even more afraid of choking. The coach now came to fight hard. He pushed them down one by one. When they came up, their faces were pale and horrible!
归程中，我们每一个人都记住了峡谷的潺潺流水，记住了爬行在悬崖峭壁间的惊险动作，记住了8米跳台的“跳水瘾”，也记住了降之际瀑布激溅时眼睛欲睁未睁的乐颠状。那种穿激流，越险滩，跨峡谷，赏雨林的激情仍然澎湃不已。
